Units with a great breakfast.

Easy location, good breakfast with lots of food. All in all favourable setting close enough to park, Lake Charles and the war memorial. Heated pool, parking onsite.

Although the staff we met were a little rude, loved the hotel.

From 11:45pm until 3:30am I continually called the front desk due to 20- 30 teenagers running up and down the halls yelling and screeaming. No response fropm front desk. Upon check out all I got were excuses and an indication that it was not thier job to monitor the halls. Totlaly unexceptabel. Will never stay there again.

I loved it, the hotel is clean, has great staff and rooms.

They did not have working ice machines on each floor. The elevators need maintance and upkeep.

the breakfast was good

The place appeared worn. Paint chipped, loose or missing tiles, wear marks on the walls and furniture. The tub antislip mat was slick and the tub had a very rounded bottom so your feet slid to the middle constantly. Some of the seat cushions were cracked open.

Decent place for the money

I told front desk they needed new t.v. directory cards. Your stations don't match Texas and they don't match the card you have in room.

First of all the staff was so friendly. The young man that waited on us went out of his way to help us. He printed us the driving directions to the places we needed to go. We had never come across such friendly staff. Second, the room was very clean. Third, the beds were very comfortable and lastly, the breakfast selection was just great. We will be heading that way again next year and we will be staying there again.

I had an excellent stay in a King Suite Non-Smoking and loved relaxing in the heated indoor pool after a long day of exploring. The spa tub was a treat too. it really helped me unwind. Just a heads up, I did wait a few minutes to be checked in, but it was definitely worth it! 😊

The indoor pool was super relaxing 🏊‍♂️ The room was clean but had a strong musty smell. Decent stay.

I enjoyed my spacious King Suite, well-appointed and accessible. The indoor pool area was lovely, and the staff were accommodating, promptly responding to my requests for assistance .

The grilled vegetables at Luna Bar and Grill were a hit! I enjoyed the spacious King Suite-definitely a cozy space. Plus, the location is on point, with amazing eats just a hop away.

To top it off, our reservation went missing, and the clerk made a weird comment about 'poor people like you', which left a funky taste in our mouths.

The room was spacious and clean, and the staff, especially at the front desk, were super helpful and friendly. It's nice to see that the service standards have improved significantly since my previous visit.
